Tamara Wiegel

Tamara J. "Tammy" (Mau) Wiegel, age 61 of Shullsburg, WI passed away Monday, December 21, 2020 at her home in Shullsburg surrounded by her family. She was born November 14, 1959 in Darlington, WI the daughter of Cecil and Loretta (Canon) Mau. Tammy graduated from Shullsburg High School. She spent her entire life living in Shullsburg. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Randy Wiegel, on August 27, 1977 at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. Tammy is survived by her husband Randy at home; her children: Jodie (Jason) Bos of Salem, OR, and Matt Wiegel of Shullsburg; two grandsons: Jaron and Jacob Bos; one brother: Mitchel Mau; and six brothers: Linda (Larry) Harms, Carmen (Jim) Dahl, Kandi (Ed) Wiegel, Pat Leppert, Jeanne (Kevin) Halvorson, and Kim (Rich) Hinderman; her sisters-in-law: Sue (Don) Rees, Cindy (Jeff) Wiegel, Terri (Randy) Wiegel, JoAnn (Bruce) Geissbuhler, and Kathy (Jeff) Sterling; two brothers-in-law: BJ (Vicki) Wiegel and Kevin (Kathy) Wiegel; her mother-in-law: Barb (Harold) Douglas; and her father-in-law: Bernie (Mary) Wiegel. She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Ronnie Mau, Carl Mau, Jerry Jo Mau, and Everette Mau; one sister: JoAnn Mau; and one brother-in-law: Rich Hinderman. Tammy cherished her family - especially her two grandsons and the memories they created together. She loved spending time with friends and family at Apple Canyon Lake. Tammy enjoyed sitting by the campfire, golfing, trail rides, boating, and fishing. She enjoyed going to concerts, shopping, and drinking wine at various wineries with her husband and many great friends. Tammy was a great card player and some how always found a way to win. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. Per Tammy's wishes, no services will be held. The Erickson Funeral Home in Shullsburg is serving the family.
