This includes, but is not limited to, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and any other material contained within the obituaries and memorial walls.

You may view, share, and link to obituary and/or tribute content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided you do not modify or alter the content in any way and you include all copyright and proprietary notices as originally displayed.

Prohibited Uses
You may not, without the express prior written consent of Erickson Funeral Home:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, republish, download, post, or transmit any obituary and/or tribute content in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise.
  • Use any automated tools (including but not limited to bots, scrapers, spiders, or crawlers) to access, scrape, collect, or index obituary and/or tribute data from the Site.
  • Republish, aggregate, or otherwise commercially exploit obituary and/or tribute content for use on other websites, databases, or publications.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the Site and legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement and breach of contract.

4. Third-Party Offerings

The Services may link to external services such as flower orders or charitable donations. These are offered for your convenience, but 1Director does not control, endorse, or guarantee them.
