Kenneth Emberson

Kenneth L. "Kenny" Emberson, age 80 of Monroe, WI formerly of Argyle, WI passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Graceland Manor in Monroe. He was born April 8, 1941 the son of Glenn and Marie (Moen) Emberson. Kenny grew up in Argyle where he graduated from Argyle High School. In 1965, Kenny was drafted into the United State Army to serve in the Vietnam War. In 1969 he was honorably discharged. Kenny lived all of his life in rural Argyle where he farmed on the home farm.Kenny is survived by his brother: Phil (Paulette) Emberson of Waunakee, WI; nephews: Michael (Jenny) Emberson and Daniel (Kayla Nikula) Emberson: niece: Sara (David) Kepner; great nephews: Alex, Wyatt, Porter; and great niece: Vivienne. He was preceded in death by his parents.Kenny spent his working years farming in the Argyle area. He enjoyed spending time with his family creating memories they will cherish forever. Kenny will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.A funeral service will be held Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00 am at Adams Lutheran Church in rural Argyle, WI with Rev. Shelley Nelson of Adams Lutheran Church officiating. A visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2021 from 9:00am-10:45pm at the church. Burial will be held at Adams Lutheran Church Cemetery where military graveside rites will be accorded by Argyle American Legion Post #251. The Erickson Funeral Home in Argyle is serving the family.
