Donald Dammen

Donald "Dave" Dammen, age 56 of rural Argyle, WI passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at his home in rural Argyle. He was born June 1, 1965 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Donald and Dorothy (Hanson) Dammen. Dave grew up in Argyle and lived in the area his entire life. He spent most of his working years working construction.Dave is survived by his significant other: Ellie Erdmann of Argyle; his parents: Donald and Dorothy Dammen of Monroe, WI; one sister: Darci (Tom) Boll of Monroe; his uncles: Virgil (Nancy) Dammen, Ralph Hanson, Jim Hanson; two nieces: Courtney Jackson of Monroe; and Caitlyn (Brandon) Carlson of Mosinee, WI and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Victor and Lettie Dammen; his maternal grandparents: Myron and Mayme Hanson; three aunts: Jean Hanson, Barbara Hanson, and Darlene Hanson; and one uncle: Bruce Hanson.Dave was a member of Adams Lutheran Church in rural Argyle and was a proud member of the Union Construction Laborers Local 464. Dave always enjoyed a good time with family and friends playing cards and telling stories. When he wasn't working, he loved spending time outdoors working on his property doing various projects.A private family memorial service will be held at Adams Lutheran Church with Rev. Shelley Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Adams Lutheran Church Cemetery. The Erickson Funeral Home in Argyle is serving the family.
