Laurie Gruenberg

Laurie G. Gruenberg, age 68 of Monroe, WI formerly of Argyle, WI passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Monroe Health Services in Monroe. She was born September 1, 1953 in Monroe, the daughter of Glenn and Marian (Due) Gruenberg. Laurie lived in Argyle most of her life and graduated from Argyle High School in 1972. She married Wilbur Voegeli October 23, 1982 in Argyle. In 2014, Laurie moved to Shullsburg where she resided until recently. Laurie is survived by her son: James (Danielle) Gruenberg of Oak Creek, WI; her mother: Marian Gruenberg of Monroe; three brothers: Craig (Michele) Gruenberg of Hales Corners, Kim (Jill Pratt) Gruenberg of Darlington, WI; and Kevin (Melissa) Gruenberg of Argyle; and two grandchildren, Wil and Vera. She was preceded in death by her father in 2011 and her husband Wilbur in 2005.Laurie enjoyed collecting bears, doing word searches, reading and watching old westerns. She cherished the time she got to spend with her family.A private family service is planned for a later date. The Erickson Funeral Home in Argyle is serving the family.
