Obituary
Tina Hermanson, age 53 of Darlington, Wisconsin passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. Tina was born in Dodgeville on April 18, 1969, the daughter of Tom Stauffacher and Patricia McGranahan. She grew up and lived in Darlington all her life. She graduated from Darlington High School class of 1987 and attended Southwest Technical College for 1 year achieving her LPN certificate. Tina was united in marriage to Steve Hermanson on October 10, 1998, in Dodgeville, WI. Tina is survived by her husband Steve at home in Darlington; two sons: Logan (Brandi Kent) Hermanson of Shullsburg, WI; Zach McGranahan of Darlington; one step son Dustin Hermanson of Middleton, WI and her mother: Pat Stauffacher of Darlington. She was further survived by her brother Scott (Paula) Stauffacher of Roseville, Minnesota; 2 nieces: Emma and Megan Stauffacher of Roseville, Minnesota; Brothers-in-law: Gary Hermanson of Oregon, WI and John Hermanson of Blanchardville, WI, 2 sisters-in-law: Beverly (Larry) Ryan and Shelly (Pat) Leonard, both of Blanchardville, WI. Tina was preceded in death by: her father Tom Stauffacher; one brother Mark Stauffacher and one sister-in-law Sharon Olson In her spare time, Tina enjoyed watching the Packers and Badgers, checking in on her sons, taking drives around Yellowstone Lake with Steve, and when she wasn't doing that, you could find her cooking and baking. Tina will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.Funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at the Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington (508 Park Place, Darlington, WI) at 6:00 PM with Steve Fitzsimons officiating. A visitation will be from 5:00 until 5:45 PM on Wednesday, August 17th. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family. I have always loved Tina's laugh. Thank goodness Zach inherited it;) I have many wonderful and fun memories of spending time with Tina & Mark, and later, Scott, and other cousins, on the Stauffacher farm, as well as when they ran the Fayette Bar. We got into a lot of mischief and enjoyed every minute;) Tina has always had a heart of gold. She cared, she called, she worried, she laughed and she loved. I will always cherish my relationship with her.
