William Anderson

William A. "Willie" Anderson, age 64 of Gratiot, WI passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 12, 2022 at his home in Gratiot. He was born October 22, 1957 in Darlington, WI the son of Robert "Baldy" and Patricia "Patya" (Steele) Anderson. Willie lived in the Gratiot area his entire life where he graduated from Blackhawk High School. He worked as a truck driver for many years. Willie is survived by his daughter: Jamie (Brian) Sigafus; his grandchildren: Mikayla Sigafus, Aleigha Sigafus, and Nathan Sigafus; his great-grandchildren: Declan and Braylen Sigafus and Korbin Sigafus; his sisters: Pam Alexander, Kathy Nyffenegger, and Lori (Tony) Guillory; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one uncle: Marvin Anderson. Willie was always proud of his daughter and his grandchildren and cherished the time he spent with them. Anyone who knew Willy knew that he was a huge Green Bay Packer fan and was always cheering them on, on game day. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. A graveside service will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Gratiot ME Cemetery in Gratiot with Rev. Glenn Andes officiating. A Celebration of Willie's Life will follow the service at Outsiders Bar & Grill in Gratiot where food will be provided. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family.
