Kevin Milestone

Kevin G. Milestone, age 65 of Darlington, WI passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022. He was born December 8, 1956 in Darlington the son of Robert and Alberta (Peterson) Milestone. Kevin grew up in Darlington and graduated with the Darlington High School class of 1976. He was a proud business owner and dedicated most of his adult life to owning and operating Midway Bar. Kevin is survived by his brother: Larry (Daphne) Milestone of Darlington; his sister: Marlys (Mark) Rehmstedt of Darlington; his nieces and nephew: Stacy (Matt) Kammes, Erin (Cory Moran) Milestone, and Bryan Rehmstedt; and his great-nieces: Makayla and Jaci Kammes, and Brynn Moran. He was preceded in death by his parents. Kevin was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Darlington. In his free time, Kevin liked to go camping, hunting, fishing, and canoeing. He enjoyed watching NASCAR on TV and was proud to have had the responsibility to maintain the Lafayette County Speedway for many years by mowing the grass. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (104 E. Harriet St., Darlington) with Fr. Luke Syse officiating. Burial will be in Fayette Cemetery in rural Darlington. A visitation will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family.
