Patricia Noble

Patricia "Pat" Noble age 90 of Shullsburg passed away peacefully at home on Friday January 6th surrounded by loved ones. She was born on February 15th 1932 in Madison WI the daughter of Leslie and Margaret (Thomas) Greenfield. Pat attended Madison West High School Until her sophomore year and graduated from Darlington High School. She was united in marriage to Donald Noble on November 23rd 1950 at her parents home in Darlington. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Don. Her children Greg (Brooke) Noble of Marion Iowa, Mike Noble of Cortland Mississippi, Chris (Theresa) Noble of Blue River Wisconsin, Eric (Ann Margaret) of Peoria Arizona and adopted daughter Peggy Runke of Killdeer North Dakota. 14 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. As well as her sister Karen Fink, nieces and nephews and special neighbors Ron and Jeanie Ubersox and Pat and Jane Klieber. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter in law Maria Noble and infant great grand daughter Trinty Rose Walker. Pat was talented crafter who painted, sewed, knitted and created so many things of beauty in her lifetime. She was a prolific reader and a huge Packers fan. She had a great love for the many rescue dogs she saved over the years. She enjoyed following her granddaughters Autumn and Summer's sporting events and playing cards. Especially against Summer. She held a special bond with her daughter in law Theresa, which was only strengthened as Theresa became her bedside angel , entertainer, hand holder and caregiver, along with granddaughter Autumn, during her final weeks, days and minutes of her life. Pat had requested no services or visitation. Burial will be at the Union Grove Cemetery in the spring with a family graveside service followed by a celebration of her life.
