Kim Larson

Kim Allan Larson, age 68 of Gratiot, WI passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 in his home. Kim was born in Darlington, WI on September 9, 1954, the son of Charles "Red" and Marietta (Magneson) Larson. Kim attended various country schools and then graduated from Black Hawk High School in 1972. Kim worked in construction and/or drove truck for most of his life. Kim loved his beef cattle and numerous dogs. He was always quick to lend a helping hand and did so when he could. Kim is survived by his children: Simon (DeAnne) Larson of Beloit, Cory (Constance) Larson of Osseo; one grandchild: Owen Larson; five siblings: Tammy (Jon) Griffiths of rural Gratiot, Michael (Christy) Larson of Crystal Falls, MI, Penny (Dan) Schwark of Hazel Green, Tina Larson of Platteville, and Traci (Ryan) Weigel of Platteville, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main St., Darlington) with Rev. Glenn Andes of Gratiot Free Evangelical Church officiating. Burial will be in West Wiota Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:45 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington.
