I was unable to attend Rick’s service, but have been thinking of Rick and his family all day. Rick was a good classmate and kind to everyone. I’ll always remember his smile and fun sense of humor. My sympathy to the Riley family.

Rick and I were good friends in high school, he was also my cousin. We participated in many sports events although he excelled in areas like wrestling and I wasn't that good at it. Rick seemed to be a natural at whatever he put his hand to. We spent a few afternoons together fishing as well. We graduated together in 1974 and I will miss seeing him. Rick was a Christian and I will see him again someday when it is my turn to leave this life behind.
