Larry Strehlow

Larry A. Strehlow, a man who could out-fish any fish, out-hunt any game, and out-camp any tent, took his final bow on May 13, 2024, after a brave battle with cancer. Born in Juda, WI, on October 11, 1959, the son of Raymond and Gloria (Noyes) Strehlow. He grew up and lived in Southern Wisconsin his entire life. Larry lived a life that was as spirited and adventurous as a summer blockbuster. He was the king of the road, driving semi with the same precision he used to line up a shot at the target range. Larry's years at the Iroquois Foundry in Browntown, WI, were marked by the kind of dedication that made machines hum in respect. His laughter was as infectious as his love for the great outdoors, and his hands were as handy as they come. Larry leaves behind a legacy of love with his children, Raelene Kay Nelson, Jessica Daisy Ann Montano, Tabitha Raisbeck and Rodney Tucker, his adoring grandchildren, Hayden, Wyatt, Makyla Bieszk, Domanic Strehlow, Aidan Polastro , Alazaya, Isiah and Nevaeh Lancaster, his bother from another mother, Larry (Deb) Amacher and their children Heidie, Aaron and Heather and his ex-wife and close friend, Deb Raisbeck and ex-mother in law LaVon Nall. They, along with countless friends, will miss his larger-than-life presence, his campfire stories, and his unwavering spirit. Larry, here's to you, the man who lived life with the volume turned all the way up. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Gloria Strehlow and his beloved daughter, Jadalynn Strehlow.
