Peter Swailes

Peter Nathaniel Swailes, age 39, of New Auburn, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2026, at 4:08 a.m. at Four Seasons Group Adult Home. He was born on October 11, 1986, the son of Pauline (Anderson) Swailes and the late James Edward Swailes.

Peter lived a quiet life and was known for his gentle spirit. Though he faced many challenges due to disability and was never able to enter the workforce, he was deeply loved by those who knew him. Peter spent much of his life surrounded by the care of family and caregivers who appreciated his calm presence and kind nature.

Peters family includes: his parents James & Pauline Swailes; siblings: Sherra, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Kimberly, Kristine, Michael and James Jr.

Peter will be remembered for his quiet strength and the gentle way he moved through life. His memory will remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 1:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main St. Darlington). A burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery in Darlington.
