Brady Farrey, age 61 of Shullsburg, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa. He was born in Darlington, WI, June 4, 1954, the son of Eddie "Bob" and Norma (Cridge) Farrey. Brady graduated from Shullsburg High School in 1972.Brady lived in the Shullsburg area all of his life. He worked at Merkle Corporation in Darlington for 15 years. Brady was a bartender for the Irish Inn in Shullsburg for many years. He enjoyed all sports and music.Brady is survived by his step-mother: Liz Farrey of Shullsburg, WI; two brothers: Gary (Sue) Farrey of Belmont, WI, and David (Jennifer) Farrey of Lancaster, WI; one step-brother: Matthew Woodward of Shullsburg; two sisters: Pamela Hammill of Dubuque, IA and Patricia (Brad) Wiegel of Shullsburg. Brady is preceded in death by his father, February 13, 2005; his mother, January 12, 2009, two brothers: Tim Farrey, January 29, 1994, and William Farrey, December 1, 2006; one step-brother: Michael Woodward, November 2, 1990; one brother-in-law: Dennis Hammill.A Celebration of Life will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2015 at McCann-Richards American Legion Post# 105 of Shullsburg.
