Obituary
Patricia A. Brown, age 77 of rural Argyle, WI passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, April 28, 2016. She was born October 13, 1938 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Edward and Pearl (Ray) Pease. Pat lived in Chicago until moving to Park Ridge, IL where she graduated from Main Twp. East High School in 1956. She was later united in marriage to Richard A. Brown on November 7, 1959 in Park Ridge. Following their marriage Pat and Richard moved to Elk Grove, IL where they remained until retiring to rural Argyle in 2006 where they have resided since. Pat is survived by her husband Richard at home; three children: Roberta (William) Jones of Kingston, IL and Richard E. Brown of Elk Grove, and Sandra Joy Luciani of Prospect Heights; and three grandchildren: Alexa, Alyssa, and Ashley Luciani. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister: Karen Andrea Lynn. Pat enjoyed photography, collecting clocks and other antiques. She cherished the time she spent with her family during the holidays. Pat will always be remembered by her family for her "old settler" baked beans and her spaghetti sauce. They truly saw her as a culinary expert. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.A celebration of Pat's life is pending. Look up to the sky. Now tell me what you see. A cloud, the moon, possibly the sun. Many answers there will be. When I look up to the sky, I'll tell you what I see. I see my mother, and she's looking back at me She tells me she didn't want to leave us. But it was time for her to depart. It was the hardest thing she had to do. and it's breaking her heart. She tells me we mustn't be sad, because finally she's pain free. She's found her place in heaven, underneath a blossom tree. She'll always be there to guide us. When we feel we've lost the way. she'll always be there to comfort us, and wipe those tears away. She'll always be there to share our joy, and laugh at the jokes we make. In order to feel her presence, only a little imagination it'll take. She may be in the form of a butterfly, or simply a floating feather... Or hovering over like a busy bee, or simply part of the weather. You've all come here to say your farewell, but for me it's not goodbye. If I want to see her, all I have to do, is look up to the sky. Sweet dreams, Mom!!!

Marisel (Mederos) Carey. Only remember meeting her back in my high school years (late 70's). I remember Patricia coming to pick me up several times to hang around with Roberta to snowmoble around the Elk Grove Forest Preserve, that was so much fun!. I found her to be the most warm, and caring mom. Funny at times. On behalf of my family and I we send our deepiest condolences to the whole Brown Family.
