Vivian Nall

Vivian D. Nall, age 86 of Argyle, WI passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 in Gilbert, AZ surrounded by those who loved her most. She was born May 30, 1930 in Woodford Township in Lafayette County, WI the daughter of Albert and Ella (Erickson) Olson. Vivian attended Jennings and Dobbs Country Schools and Argyle High School. She was united in marriage to Clinton Nall on July 31, 1947 in Dubuque, IA. Vivian lived in the Woodford and Argyle areas her whole life. She farmed on the Nall Homestead for over 20 years and also worked at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe, WI as a cook for over 20 years until retiring in 1971. Vivian is survived by two sons: Dennis Nall of Ft. Collins, CO and Doral (Marti) Nall of Gold Canyon, AZ; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Clinton; one son: David Nall; six brothers: Clayton, Amos, Bernard, Robert, Merlin, and Albert Jr. Olson; and one sister: Myrtle Robinson. Vivian was a member of Cornerstone Lutheran Church in Argyle and its AFLCA Women's Group. She was also a proud member of the Argyle American Legion Auxiliary Post #251. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and friends. She cherished the time she spent with her family and created memories that will forever be in their hearts. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. A funeral service will be held Monday, July 25, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. at Cornerstone Lutheran Church (1540 Old Highway 81, Argyle) with Rev. Ron Brubakken officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. A visitation will be held Monday, July 25, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services at Cornerstone Lutheran Church.
