Patricia Rackow

Patricia A. Rackow, age 64 of Cedarville, IL formerly of Darlington, WI passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Presence St. Joseph's Nursing Home in Freeport, IL. She was born January 8, 1952 in Lafayette County, Wisconsin the daughter of John and Juanita (Speth) Mick. Patti graduated from Argyle High School in 1970. She grew up in the Darlington and Argyle areas. Following her marriage, she moved to the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin areas. Patti is survived by her four children: Jesse Rackow of Cedarville, IL, Daniel (Courtney) Rackow of Long Island, NY, Brandy (Dan) Boyton of McConnell, IL, and Christopher Rackow of Winslow, IL; 10 grandchildren; two brothers: Joseph (Peggy) Mick of Monroe, WI and Donald Mick of Ohio; and two sisters: Kathy Gould of Juneau, WI and Theresa (Moby) O'Brien of Darlington. She was preceded in death by her parents. Patti was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Monroe. She enjoyed spending time with her family creating memories that they will carry with them forever. She was an avid Wisconsin Badger and Green Bay Packers fan. She Patti will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main Street, Darlington) with Rev. John Bosco Pudhota of Holy Rosary Church a branch of Our Lady of Fatima Parish officiating. A visitation will be held Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home and on Friday from 10:30 A.M. until 11:15 A.M. at the funeral home.
