Bill put in our furnace when the 1990's flood ruined the one in the basement. Our new furnace had to be installed upstairs in a bedroom closet with the duct work still in the basement,He and his workers had no problem and I still have that same furnace 27 years later. They were always there when ever I called. He was a great guy!
