John Losee

John A. Losee, age 66 of Darlington, WI formerly of Syracuse, IN passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at his home in Darlington. He was born March 12, 1951 in Indiana, the son of James and Pauline (Ringler) Losee. John graduated from Wawasee High School. He grew up and lived in Syracuse until 2007 when he moved to Darlington where he has resided since. John is survived by his two sons: Mitchell (Tamara) Losee of Warsaw, IN and Eric (Julie) Losee of Merrill, WI; six grandchildren: Kayla, Heather, Ryan, Josh, Hannah, and Olivia; three sisters: Jan (George) Bowler and Peg (Jerry) Method both of Milford, IN and Sharon Kauffman of Syracuse; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: Richard Losee; and one sister: Miriam Benson. John loved to spend his time outdoors fishing, hunting, and morel hunting. He enjoyed watching all sports especially football and baseball. John was a social butterfly and could be found striking up a conversation with just about anyone at any of the local establishments. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family.
