Michael A. "Mike" Suchomel, age 51 of Lancaster, WI formerly of Shullsburg, WI passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe, WI. He was born September 6, 1966 in Dodgeville, WI the son of Robert and Arlene (Moyer) Suchomel. Mike graduated from Shullsburg High School in 1985. He worked for Faherty Incorporated for 13 years as a sanitation engineer. He was united in marriage to Elizabeth Ward on February 28, 2014 in Lancaster, WI. Mike is survived by his wife Beth at home; his father: Robert Suchomel of Monroe; his children: Carissa (Corbin) Hamilton Albany, WI, Hali Fuller of Dubuque, IA, and Ajay Suchomel of Albany, WI; one grandson: Cooper Hamilton and one on the way; and his siblings: Steven (Karron) Suchomel of Biloxi, MS, Susan (Jay) Sobota of New Berlin, WI, Sally (Wendell) Phillips of Monroe, Sherry (Lonnie) Stauffer of South Wayne, WI, Scott (Sandy) Suchomel and Thomas Suchomel both of Marshfield, WI, and Diane (Clark) Scott of rural Shullsburg, WI. He was preceded in death by his mother: Arlene Suchomel in 2008, and his Grandmother: Helen Moyer in 2013. Mike enjoyed watching all sporting events, especially the Badgers. He cherished the time he spent with his family creating memories they will all remember forever. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday July 21, 2018 from Noon to 4:00PM at the Townsend Center (190 N Judgement St, Shullsburg, WI 53586). The family asks for all who attend to dress casually in honor of Michael's laid back nature. The Erickson Funeral Home in Shullsburg is serving the family. So sorry to hear about Mike passing. I will be out of town celebrating our granddaughters 5 th birthday. Would love to have attended to see the whole family. Especially hi to Sally & Sherry, Steve & Sue. Our deepest sympathy to you all. Tom & Debbie Ferguson
