Deborah Patrow

Deborah L. "Debbie" Patrow, age 65 of Platteville, WI formerly of Shullsburg, WI passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg, WI. Debbie was born August 10, 1953 in Yankton, SD the daughter of Donald and Beverly (DeBord) Griggs. Debbie grew up in Norfolk, NE before moving to Shullsburg in 1979. She was united in marriage to Gordon Patrow on July 30, 1993 in Shullsburg. Debbie worked as a care manager supervisor for the mentally handicapped for 23 years. She was passionate about helping others and ensuring the quality of care they received.Debbie is survived by her children: Cheri (Richard) Wotnoske of Mt. Horeb, WI, Josh (Ashley) Russell of Shullsburg, and Brianne (Brad) Farrey of Platteville; her grandchildren: Jessica (Shawn) Jerry, Dalton (Alexus) Wotnoske, Evan Marquardt, Ellie, Abrielle, and Ireland Farrey; her great-grandchildren: Madilyn, Alex, Tate, and Callen Jerry, Kayden and Ariyah Wotnoske. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Gordy; one son: Kess Marquardt; and one brother: Randy Griggs.Debbie enjoyed camping, gardening, fishing and singing. She loved to watch scary movies, talk on her phone, and take trips to the casino to gamble. Debbie cherished her children and grandchildren and the time they spent together more than anything else in the world. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. at Erickson Funeral Home (235 N. Judgement St., Shullsburg) with Rev. Nick J. McElrath of First Baptist Church in Darlington, WI officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Shullsburg. A visitation will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:45 A.M. at Erickson Funeral Home in Shullsburg.
