Sharon A. Johnson, age 76 of South Wayne, WI formerly of Darlington, WI passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 at Fran's Adult Home in South Wayne. She was born August 26, 1944 in Monroe, WI the daughter of Clarence and Clara (Olson) Johnson. Sharon grew up and lived in the Wiota/Darlington area her entire life and lived with her sister Marian until 1992. Sharon attended Wiota School and lived in South Wayne for a number of years. Sharon is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters: Carol Jean Johnson and Marian Bryson; and one brother: Gordon Johnson. Sharon was a member of Wiota Lutheran Church in Wiota. She loved to spend time reading books and coloring. Sharon also enjoyed working at Greenco Industries, where she worked for many years. She had a smile that was infectious and a personality that could light up a room. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. A private funeral service will be held at Wiota Lutheran Church. Burial will be in West Wiota Cemetery. A public visitation will be held on Saturday October 31, 2020 at Wiota Lutheran Church (6682 St. Hwy 78, South Wayne, WI) from 10:00-10:45 A.M. The Erickson Funeral Home in Darlington is serving the family. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ericksonfuneralhome.com. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wiota Lutheran Church. Due to Wisconsin state mandate, masks are to be worn during the duration of your visit inside the church and that proper social distancing guidelines are followed. The family of Sharon Johnson would like to thank Ginny and Ray Johnson, Laurie Hanson, and the staff at Agrace hospice for the exceptional care given.

To all the Johnson Family, nieces, nephews, sisters, we want to send our condolence on the loss of Sharon, a sweet miracle shared by all. So sorry to hear of this loss. My sympathy to the family. I remember seeing her with usually a smile to greet everyone. I'm so sorry to hear that Sharon passed. I always enjoyed talking with her at church and family gatherings. Sharon always had a smile on her face which radiated with love to all of us. She will be dearly missed! My sympathy to all of you.

To the Johnson & Bryson families, I just learned from my sister-in-law Imelda Olson today that our Sharon passed away last Monday. I am so sorry but I know she is in a better place with Aunt Clara & Uncle Clarence & the rest of the family. She was sweet to every one & will be missed. Love, Rita (Olson) Weatherholtz & Ray.
