I did not know Justin till earlier this year. We were referred to the Erickson Funeral Home by a friend. My husband had terminal lung cancer so when he decided it was time to make plans, Justin even came out to our home, got to meet and talk my husband and myself. He was professional, yet caring and understanding from the get go. He made things easier than we expected when planning a funeral for someone who has not yet passed. Justin made us feel as comfortable as possible in this situation. Then when my husband passed in April of this year, I feel like Justin took care of every detail and was very supportive, he was there to think of everything I couldn't possibly have remembered to do, and carry out things exactly as we'd planned earlier. If I needed anything, he was a phone call away. Thank you Justin for helping Howard and I through an extremely hard time. I'm so glad you were there for us!
